This hotel was truly centrally situated and the staff from the reception were there at every hrs. The beds had been comfy and the other guests were being typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal. Assuming that you are travelling to Dongguan you should book at Grand Mercure Dongguan Shijie. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the rooms are pretty clean. In general everything was professional and friendly.
